1. What services do you provide?

2. What is the format of the session?
When you book a session with us, you run the show. You can say, “Hey, today I want you to ask me questions so I can practice answering,” or, “I’m good with confidence for interviews, but I want help brainstorming and shaping my answers.” It’s all up to you. Alternatively, if you want, our mentors can lead the session by covering all important aspects during the one hour you’ve booked.
3. What does a session involve?
Each session is tailored to your specific needs. Depending on the service, a session may include:
- Personalised feedback on your personal statement or CV
- Live review and strategy discussion
- Mock interviews with feedback and tips for improvement
- Guidance on highlighting your strengths and addressing weaknesses
- Our goal is to help you present the strongest possible application
4. Can I reschedule a session after booking?
Yes, you may reschedule once per application. Please notify us as early as possible. Note: Rescheduling is not permitted within 5 days of your scheduled session.
5. What happens if I miss my session and didn’t reschedule in time?
If you're unable to attend and did not reschedule ahead of time, you will need to reapply and book a new session.
